When Bluelink technicians working off property were difficult to interact with - Dan, Anthony and Joe were supportive in helping get the answer and advocating for me! They made me feel like part of a team. I am so grateful for their help. My Tucson is now functioning perfectly and brings joy whenever I start it up. Then we were unable to get it smogged as the check engine light went on. It ended up spending 12 days at the Roseville Hyundai dealership getting the part to repair the issue. All the while we were having to navigate with one car for our family. It was 5 weeks from purchase before we could enjoy our new car

The Hyundai team was very understanding and helpful. Gaby Temprano, the was the primary sales person throughout the process.
