After going to multiple dealerships and dealing with rude salesmen, I went back for a third time (was window shopping). Always nice, willing to work with you no matter what. They even helped my mother and brother who have bad credit and a couple of repos (cars fell apart before able to finish payments from mom and pop lots). Ron is patient and took his time. He made sure we had snacks and drinks while paperwork took forever. Usually does. Unfortunately I don’t know who else was helping us get this car. Everyone worked with us to make this work. Ron made sure we were happy even if it meant taking multiple car rides and us saying no or maybe a lot. The car we got they got the day before. They made sure anything wrong is taken care of, looked over, and inspected. Warrenties they give come handy and are appreciated. Went to Fresno and warranty was accepted at Lithia as well. My mom’s Jeep was having tranny issues. I am very happy and so is my husband.
This is by far the best and most friendly dealership I have been to. This is my third car from them and every time is as good as the last.

This review is for my most recent service at Lithia Hyundai/Volkswagen of Reno. After buying my Jetta and warranty from this dealership in 2012, my complimentary oil changes were sadly finished last year. That's when I bought a Groupon for Jiffy Lube. This year I felt like taking it back to the original location for an accurate check up: synthetic oil change, vacuum, tire rotation, and quick wash for a promotion of $75. They open at 7:30 and I arrived at 7:25, but Amy let me check in five minutes early. Quick and painless I left my key and got to work by 7:35, expecting to pick up my car at the end of the work day. By 9:30 I received a voicemail and it was Volkswagen already notifying me that my car was ready! After paying and signing some papers, everything was good to go. This was the easiest oil change and now I'm not dreading next years service. I feel confident taking my car to mechanics that specialize work on Volkswagen's, in hopes that they were honest and everything that needed to be done got done.
