The issue seems to resolved for now. My husband is a tad bit upset that I paid as much as I did to have some wires taped up when he could've done the same thing himself. His point is valid considering the wires clearly weren't checked by tje tech when it was brought in the first time the power seat fuae blew. The technician checked the fuse and replaced it. The same problem occurred 3 more times within the month timeframe until this last time when I brought it in to see what else could be blowing the fuae.

CJ was great and I enjoyed working with him; he was...

CJ was great and I enjoyed working with him; he was helpful and not pushy, which I liked. However, I have to say that the experience overall was ok. I came here by way of a pre-qualification with Capital One Auto, which led me to a nice used vehicle that I liked on favorable terms. CJ was helpful and not pushy, which I liked. CJ's manager/supervisor, Chris, was also easy to work with, especially since I proposed a reasonable number and he agreed to it. The entire process was smooth, except for the following issues. First, the dealership requires that you purchase the $997 permaplate, etc., package which doesn't make sense to me. I didn't want it, but I was told that you have to take it. If I didn't like CJ and the car, I would have walked away, but be forewarned - you'll end up financing an additional $1,000 on top of the sales price. Second, the rate I got here was 2 points higher than what I got directly through Capital One. Third, I checked in through yelp and showed the $40 gift card for taking a vehicle for a test drive, but was told that it's probably for test driving a new car even though this is not indicated anywhere on the e-voucher, but okay. Fourth, it took 5 days for my documents to be scanned and emailed to me. 5 whole days. I purchased the vehicle on Wednesday, Nov 11th and did not receive the documents until the following Monday, Nov 16th. Fifth, they ran my credit twice - the day of the purchase and the day after. So, now I have 2 sets of hard pulls on my credit, but more concerning, if you couple this occurrence with the fact that I had not received the documents at that time, it should be a cause for concern. Lastly, I told 3 people, including the finance guy, that I wanted to cancel the optional service contract and got no response whatsoever, so now I have to contact the vendor directly to cancel which is quite inconvenient. .

My visit and "Purchase Experience" was Outstanding with one exception, Product Familiarity. This is very common in Auto Sales, Furniture Sales and other Retail Sales where their products change every years and these changes usually results in Sales Associates having a very limited General Knowledge about their Products when they are initially released and usually become much more knowledgeable about the Products within 3-4 months of the Products being released. One item, for instance, was a "Locking Glovebox". I asked the Sales Associate how to lock & unlock the glovebox. He was not sure of how to lock it either and went to ask someone else for the information. Long story short, no one could figure out how to lock the glovebox. It was later determined that the Locking Glovebox was a mistake and should not have been mentioned since no Santa Fe had a Locking Glovebox. It took about 20 minutes to determine that there was no locking glovebox. I did not mind the wait since everyone involved was trying to answer my question about the glovebox. However, having a little more Product Familiarity would have saved everyone a lot of time AND it's mistaken inclusion in the Features List would have also been detected much earlier and the mistake corrected. As I said, with the one exception, everything was Outstanding! Everyone who was involved in this Sale was Friendly, Professional and were Genuinely Concerned that my experience was a positive one. This was the third new Santa Fe in the past 15 years that we've bought from Lithia Hyundai and we'll probably be buying a fourth vehicle from them when we decide to buy another new vehicle. In my opinion the Santa Fe is the best SUV overall and the Staff are some of the Best Professional that I have encountered. Beyond buying vehicles I also have all of my vehicles serviced at Lithia. I would not do this if they weren't better than other, more expensive garages.

It's the small details that make or break the experience....

It's the small details that make or break the experience. There was a known defect problem (window frame crack and leak)that the sales guy said didn't exist then tried to claim was a seam when I came in and saw it. And he never checked for a leak or he would have seen it. Water drips into the cab when doused with the water hose, then tried to claim I confirmed there was no leak because I never saw water at the dealership. No kidding. I did not witness a water test, so could not confirm until I tested for the leak at home. Here is where the bad taste starts: When the dealer add on's are BS and nothing but profit centers, it sours the experience. Still, I let it slide. I would have declined, but was told it was already applied "permaplate" for $500. Since the exterior plastic parts look weathered, and the truck had dried soda residue in various parts of the interior, I have doubts. Nitrogen for tires at $149.00. This is the worst of them all. Free at Costco, and you don't even need to buy tires from them. And after all that I didn't even get a full tank of gas! They claimed they don't have enough profit in the transaction to justify a tank of gas, but will give a tank of gas on a new car purchase. I indicated that it is common knowledge that used vehicle sales have a higher profit margin because their acquisition costs are in their control. They paid for that tank of gas with the BS nitrogen fill charge.

I have always had bad experiences whenever I meet the professionals there. I came in with an issue and instead of solving it only added to my problems. I came in with the recall issue and ended by buying a new car which is 2 times the cost. my monthly payments also increased, my credit scores were checked (that dropped), you sold my old car and termed it as negative equity. Worst experience. When I asked about getting a replacement of my old car, I was told that I can purchase only a new car. they cannot sell an old car to me. This is ridiculous I was made to wait for 8 hours!!!!!!!!!!! too much. Nobody understands the sense of time and money. I was fooled. I will never trust your company again and will never recommend to anyone

If I could Give 0 rating I would!! I have been a loyal customer and have purchased 3 vehicles through them and had the WORST EXPIERENCE EVER on my last purchase! They sold me a vehicle that had issues and refused to fix them when it was covered under THEIR 3,000 mile warranty! I bought a vehicle with only 45,000 miles and while taking it on a road trip I noticed the brakes were having issues. The whole vehicle was shaking badly coming down the mountain. We pulled into a gas station to put gas in and when we started it all the hazard lights, check engine light and others started flashing in the dash. The ABS System Light kept coming on. So on our way home we went right to the dealership and SHOWED the salesman ROBBY who sold us the vehicle and he took me right over to service to make an appointment. This was just before Christmas so I had to schedule for that following Monday. The night before I had dropped the keys in the night box and filled out the paper stating the issues. I did so and put !!!BRAKES!!! in big BOLD letters stating rotors needed to be turned and pads needed to be replaced and ABS system Light was on. My Husband received a phone call from TABITHA saying our vehicle was ready that all it needed was a battery.... And he was also told the Technicians said the Brake Pads were in the "YELLOW" so they were declined by THE SALES MANAGER...(STEVE). This was absolutely unacceptable when I have children and it is a safety hazard... for one thing. Another.... We were told that ANYTHING that goes wrong with the vehicle within that 60 Day/3,000 mile warranty is covered by the dealership. So why would they refuse to do the brakes? ESPECIALLY when its a SAFETY ISSUE?!!! So My Husband expressed his displeasure with this decision and asked to speak with whoever was in charge. He was transfered to SERVICE MANAGER -MATT- s Voicemail and left a message.... No return call. "I" called and left a message with LILLIAN as well as left a message for TABITHA to return my call. 3 hours went by and no return call. So I called back and finally spoke with TABITHA myself and she transfered me to GENERAL SALES MANAGER -DUSTIN SNYDER-. I left a message on HIS Voicemail explaining our situation and asked for a call back.... Nothing. My husband then called AGAIN asking to speak with The GENERAL MANAGER and was transferred to HIS Voicemail... left a message..... Nothing. He then left a message for ROBBY to return our call.... Never got back to us. Hours went by and couldnt get anyone to return our calls. Then 5:30 came around and their service center closed... My husband and I were COMPLETELY AVOIDED!!! So My Husband called and spoke to -STEVE- THE SALES MANAGER (who denied the brakes) and he and My Husband got into a heated argument (they BOTH were yelling at this point) over this issue. Finally they both calmed down and STEVE agreed to have the Technicians drive the vehicle over the mountain to see if it does the same issue we were complaining about. So they kept my vehicle an extra day. My husband called back the following day and STEVE told My Husband "They COULDNT Replicate the issue". (That was completely a LIE because I was in the vehicle along with My Husband and 3 Children when the whole vehicle was Shaking coming down the mountain. My kids even asked us "Mom, Dad... Whats that shaking?") But "They turned the rotors and cleaned the under carriage." Smh This wasnt acceptable for myself or my husband but at this point we just wanted our vehicle back. We already felt like they were GIVING US THE RUN-AROUND and being VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So that evening, before they closed) we went to pick it up and I was handed my service order and walked to my vehicle. After driving it home I felt like the brakes STILL felt weird. So my husband went outside and looked at the rotors and he said THEY WERENT TURNED... He is 59 years old a knows what warped rotors look and feel like. PLUS... My vehicle is white with light colored interior... I got my vehicle back dirty! I had greasy finger prints all over the door handles on both sides and a boot print on my passenger side floorboard. Not to mention a ding on my drivers side door!!! So he called the dealership back and was transferred to SALES MANAGER STEVE'S Voicemail and HE NEVER CALLED HIM BACK!!! We looked over the Service Order and on the THIRD PAGE it said "Technicians recommended replacing pads and CUSTOMER DECLINED" ..... WHAT?! SERIOUSLY?! YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! So I called TABITHA'S DIRECT LINE and spoke with her and expressed all my concerns!! I asked her what this is all about. THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN THE ISSUE THE WHOLE TIME!! WE WANTED OUR BRAKES DONE SO xxx?! Her words to me is "The Service Center doesnt know who's declining the service so they assume its the Customer" .... UMMM WHAT?! THATS BS!! Maybe THEY need to communicate to The Service Center whats really happening INSTEAD OF PINNING THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER!!! So she agreed to print up ANOTHER invoice stating THE SALES MANAGER DECLINED THE BRAKES. UH... YA THINK?! WOW. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE THIS!!! BAD SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!

Not buying or getting service from here again. Longest wait just to sign paper work. Truck was not ready and had to come back. After confirming multiple times with my sales guy the truck was serviced and what things were serviced, I drove up to pick it up. What was said that was done was not. Left with and empty fuel tank, def tank and oil was not changed after being told it was. Oil filter also leaking and after complaining back to the sales guy all I got was it’s out of his hands. At this point I don’t care any more. I don’t trust them and I’d rather do the work myself and know it was done right. I do not recommend this dealer.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I had the best experience here!!! I went in on a Friday night at 6 wanting to look at a better car for me and Michael Costello was such an amazing help! He found the right car for me and right in my price range! The team stayed until 10 pm that night, when they close at 8, working on a better deal for me! They made it such an easy process. They were all very friendly, welcoming and very informative! I was highly impressed !!! Bryan in financial and Dustin helped me a lot, they took more time for me and finding me a better deal on interest and payment! I recommend this place 100%!! They truly care about their customers!! I will definitely come back when time for a new car:))

If I could Give 0 rating I would!! I have been a loyal customer and have purchased 3 vehicles through them and had the WORST EXPIERENCE EVER on my last purchase! They sold me a vehicle that had issues and refused to fix them when it was covered under THEIR 3,000 mile warranty! I bought a vehicle with only 45,000 miles and while taking it on a road trip I noticed the brakes were having issues. The whole vehicle was shaking badly coming down the mountain. We pulled into a gas station to put gas in and when we started it all the hazard lights, check engine light and others started flashing in the dash. The ABS System Light kept coming on. So on our way home we went right to the dealership and SHOWED the salesman ROBBY who sold us the vehicle and he took me right over to service to make an appointment. This was just before Christmas so I had to schedule for that following Monday. The night before I had dropped the keys in the night box and filled out the paper stating the issues. I did so and put !!!BRAKES!!! in big BOLD letters stating rotors needed to be turned and pads needed to be replaced and ABS system Light was on. My Husband received a phone call from TABITHA saying our vehicle was ready that all it needed was a battery.... And he was also told the Technicians said the Brake Pads were in the "YELLOW" so they were declined by THE SALES MANAGER...(STEVE). This was absolutely unacceptable when I have children and it is a safety hazard... for one thing. Another.... We were told that ANYTHING that goes wrong with the vehicle within that 60 Day/3,000 mile warranty is covered by the dealership. So why would they refuse to do the brakes? ESPECIALLY when its a SAFETY ISSUE?!!! So My Husband expressed his displeasure with this decision and asked to speak with whoever was in charge. He was transfered to SERVICE MANAGER -MATT- s Voicemail and left a message.... No return call. "I" called and left a message with LILLIAN as well as left a message for TABITHA to return my call. 3 hours went by and no return call. So I called back and finally spoke with TABITHA myself and she transfered me to GENERAL SALES MANAGER -DUSTIN SNYDER-. I left a message on HIS Voicemail explaining our situation and asked for a call back.... Nothing. My husband then called AGAIN asking to speak with The GENERAL MANAGER and was transferred to HIS Voicemail... left a message..... Nothing. He then left a message for ROBBY to return our call.... Never got back to us. Hours went by and couldnt get anyone to return our calls. Then 5:30 came around and their service center closed... My husband and I were COMPLETELY AVOIDED!!! So My Husband called and spoke to -STEVE- THE SALES MANAGER (who denied the brakes) and he and My Husband got into a heated argument (they BOTH were yelling at this point) over this issue. Finally they both calmed down and STEVE agreed to have the Technicians drive the vehicle over the mountain to see if it does the same issue we were complaining about. So they kept my vehicle an extra day. My husband called back the following day and STEVE told My Husband "They COULDNT Replicate the issue". (That was completely a LIE because I was in the vehicle along with My Husband and 3 Children when the whole vehicle was Shaking coming down the mountain. My kids even asked us "Mom, Dad... Whats that shaking?") But "They turned the rotors and cleaned the under carriage." Smh This wasnt acceptable for myself or my husband but at this point we just wanted our vehicle back. We already felt like they were GIVING US THE RUN-AROUND and being VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So that evening, before they closed) we went to pick it up and I was handed my service order and walked to my vehicle. After driving it home I felt like the brakes STILL felt weird. So my husband went outside and looked at the rotors and he said THEY WERENT TURNED... He is 59 years old a knows what warped rotors look and feel like. PLUS... My vehicle is white with light colored interior... I got my vehicle back dirty! I had greasy finger prints all over the door handles on both sides and a boot print on my passenger side floorboard. Not to mention a ding on my drivers side door!!! So he called the dealership back and was transferred to SALES MANAGER STEVE'S Voicemail and HE NEVER CALLED HIM BACK!!! We looked over the Service Order and on the THIRD PAGE it said "Technicians recommended replacing pads and CUSTOMER DECLINED" ..... WHAT?! SERIOUSLY?! YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! So I called TABITHA'S DIRECT LINE and spoke with her and expressed all my concerns!! I asked her what this is all about. THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN THE ISSUE THE WHOLE TIME!! WE WANTED OUR BRAKES DONE SO xxx?! Her words to me is "The Service Center doesnt know who's declining the service so they assume its the Customer" .... UMMM WHAT?! THATS BS!! Maybe THEY need to communicate to The Service Center whats really happening INSTEAD OF PINNING THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER!!! So she agreed to print up ANOTHER invoice stating THE SALES MANAGER DECLINED THE BRAKES. UH... YA THINK?! WOW. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE THIS!!! BAD SERVICE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!

Bobby was even willing to change all the paperwork when we were thinking of maybe a different color. He definitely went the extra mile. I came in with the recall issue and ended by buying a new car which is 2 times the cost. my monthly payments also increased, my credit scores were checked (that dropped), you sold my old car and termed it as negative equity. Worst experience. When I asked about getting a replacement of my old car, I was told that I can purchase only a new car. they cannot sell an old car to me. This is ridiculous I was made to wait for 8 hours!!!!!!!!!!! too much. Nobody understands the sense of time and money. I was fooled. I will never trust your company again and will never recommend to anyone

My sales person Cherae was fantastic. Explained everything to me. Made sure I got everything. Her manager however was rude and a bully. Its not as though I need validation for my purchase however NO ONE from the higher management of Finance said thanks for your business or anything. I get why people order cars your Higher management is aweful.

My experience here was great!

From the beginning, Iris and Hannah were SO helpful in getting me all the information I needed and answering all of my hundreds of questions. They were super welcoming and gave me the best advice. Eddie my sales guy made me feel at ease with my final decision, found the best options that worked for me and helped with the whole process. I walked in there feeling unsure of what I wanted to do and I left happy and with a new car that I love. I will be recommending for sure!

CJ was great and I enjoyed working with him; he was helpful and not pushy, which I liked. However, I have to say that the experience overall was ok. I came here by way of a pre-qualification with Capital One Auto, which led me to a nice used vehicle that I liked on favorable terms. CJ was helpful and not pushy, which I liked. CJ's manager/supervisor, Chris, was also easy to work with, especially since I proposed a reasonable number and he agreed to it. The entire process was smooth, except for the following issues. First, the dealership requires that you purchase the $997 permaplate, etc., package which doesn't make sense to me. I didn't want it, but I was told that you have to take it. If I didn't like CJ and the car, I would have walked away, but be forewarned - you'll end up financing an additional $1,000 on top of the sales price. Second, the rate I got here was 2 points higher than what I got directly through Capital One. Third, I checked in through yelp and showed the $40 gift card for taking a vehicle for a test drive, but was told that it's probably for test driving a new car even though this is not indicated anywhere on the e-voucher, but okay. Fourth, it took 5 days for my documents to be scanned and emailed to me. 5 whole days. I purchased the vehicle on Wednesday, Nov 11th and did not receive the documents until the following Monday, Nov 16th. Fifth, they ran my credit twice - the day of the purchase and the day after. So, now I have 2 sets of hard pulls on my credit, but more concerning, if you couple this occurrence with the fact that I had not received the documents at that time, it should be a cause for concern. Lastly, I told 3 people, including the finance guy, that I wanted to cancel the optional service contract and got no response whatsoever, so now I have to contact the vendor directly to cancel which is quite inconvenient. .
