I had a 2022 Santa Fe that had 40,000 miles on it when I

I had a 2022 Santa Fe that had 40,000 miles on it when I had to have it towed in because two fuel injectors failed. I had an extra car at that time so I left it at the dealership for replacement and didn’t worry about the time needed for repair. Later when it had 48,000 miles on it I had to have it towed because the other two fuel injectors failed. This time I didn’t have a car to drive while it was fixed. I was told by my service advisor that because it was in warranty Lithia would pay for a rental car as they did not have any loaner cars available. Well it took two weeks to replace all 4 of the fuel injectors. My rental bill was $900. I submitted my request for reimbursement and was told that it would be reviewed and I would hear back it they decided to reimburse me. I received emails with questions regarding my submission. The last one want proof that I paid the dealership for the repairs. I sent in the receipt where it was 0 because it was covered under warranty. There is no cancelled check or other proof that I paid 0. Obviously the local sales rep does not know that his company does not readily refund customer for rental cost even if the problem is within warranty. I can’t believe that this is how a company treats its customers. They should have replaced all 4 of the fuel injectors the first time and they certainly should reimburse for the rental costs when they keep your only car for two weeks to replace parts that failed before the warranty expires. I also purchased and extended warranty beyond the regular 60,000 miles. I have not heard back from the company regarding reimbursement yet (over two months) and I doubt that I will receive anything from them. I have since sold my Santa Fe and would never buy one again nor encourage anyone else from buying one. I don’t blame the local service rep but I do feel the company is not supportive of those who buy their vehicles.

I ended up having to pay for a body shop inspection due to the car having damage shown on the carfax and the bed being removed, didn't get the floor mats or second key that was communicated as being at the dealer by the salesman. Should have had the sales manager put it in writing that these were things they were committed to. Bad customer service, bad experience all around. I would not buy another car from them and will not tell people I know to do so either

I felt like I was constantly being ripped off and tricked out of nickels and dimes. First off, having one price online, then 10% markup window sticker is old time car dealer trick xx. Obviously looking for suckers. Salesman response “well, if you saw something less online, we can MAYBE honor it. Flimsy. Your $1000 dealer add on for whatever you made up on paint and seat treatment is just a joke. NOBODY could explain what it was, just brushed it off like they knew it was a “necessary scam”. And my car is Matte - did you really coat it? Was it specialized for Matte? I asked for proof and just got himms and haws. This is sad salesmanship and a embarrassment to your dealership. I paid cash, did not authorize my credit run, and they did illegally anyway. after all done, I realized I bought one of the most expensive cars on lot, and it didn’t have floormats. When I asked one of the 3 people selling it to me, the response “oh yeah, some don’t - we complained about that already”. No solution, just shirking responsibility. Maintenance comes with the car, now I get constant emails telling me to “come in for good deal $200 first maintenance”. To be honest, I dread coming in to your dealership again and getting harassed to buy things not necessary… I may just drive to carson city to avoid.

But I don't like service center not qualified for maintenance , I schedule oil change and an air filter change, but technician did not do anything at all. I gotta come back to complain about it. He was a very good-looking man and dressed in LuluLemon from head to toe so I was worried he may be cocky, which he had every right to be, but he was surprisingly down to earth and very relatable. Very helpful until they received payment & then gave me the silent treatment, when I finally received the pickup there was 3 miles till empty on fuel . Did have a broken belt on a tire & neither the sunroof or the sliding back window will work. I was told this pickup was pristine & yet it is nice but definitely not as advertised. Very disappointed & would never recommend them to anyone.

Several sketchy documents were in my hands which I had

Several sketchy documents were in my hands which I had questioned with the finance person, especially mileage, and my 4k down payment. Then on pickup, they decided it wasn't a new vehicle, and documents were forced signed as used. I've had to shut down all the apps I paid for, because steering was pushing me into traffic, and vibration was bouncing car every where, I've had to call them for my Edr which was not sent via mail, and registration DMV online was due in a week, the emailed an unsigned Edr. I requested Hyundai shoppers assurance within 3 days of purchase and was verbally abused, saying I was causing trouble and Nevada doesn't honour that, left in tears and traumatized.
