I felt like I was constantly being ripped off and tricked
I felt like I was constantly being ripped off and tricked out of nickels and dimes. First off, having one price online, then 10% markup window sticker is old time car dealer trick xx. Obviously looking for suckers. Salesman response “well, if you saw something less online, we can MAYBE honor it. Flimsy. Your $1000 dealer add on for whatever you made up on paint and seat treatment is just a joke. NOBODY could explain what it was, just brushed it off like they knew it was a “necessary scam”. And my car is Matte - did you really coat it? Was it specialized for Matte? I asked for proof and just got himms and haws. This is sad salesmanship and a embarrassment to your dealership. I paid cash, did not authorize my credit run, and they did illegally anyway. after all done, I realized I bought one of the most expensive cars on lot, and it didn’t have floormats. When I asked one of the 3 people selling it to me, the response “oh yeah, some don’t - we complained about that already”. No solution, just shirking responsibility. Maintenance comes with the car, now I get constant emails telling me to “come in for good deal $200 first maintenance”. To be honest, I dread coming in to your dealership again and getting harassed to buy things not necessary… I may just drive to carson city to avoid.

The experience was good except for dealing with Ryan the closer. We were given an offer on our trade-in one day and the next day it was substantially lower “because the book changed”. He also refused to hold the car until the next day with a $5,000 deposit on our credit card until we could come back with a check. So he had a salesman drive to our house at night to pick up a check. If this company policy, it’s incredibly off-putting. Lucas, on the other hand, did a great job.

Ryan I believe his name was. Trying to convince me to take a car payment I couldn't afford he suggested I get an Uber or Lyft job to finance it. Very unprofessional! I bought a used car from Lithia and within a week I had electrical issues with it. I talked to the sales person and he said it would be under warranty. When i brought it to the service department they said it was a 3K repair and I had to pay for it because it was not under warranty. They had my car for weeks and i got the run around the whole time. I will never bring my vehicle to Lithia again and neither will anyone i know. We would all drive to Carson City just not to deal with Lithia

I live 123 miles from the nearest Hyundai Service Center.
I live 123 miles from the nearest Hyundai Service Center. When I made the appointment for the recall #197, I explained that I live out of town, and there is oil leaking onto my alternator. They had my car for 3 hours, just to confirm what I told them over the phone. They explained they don't keep the alternator or valve cover gasket in stock. They had to order the parts and I had to bring it back a second time. Guess what, they didn't have it ready by the time I had to return home!!! My grandkids were getting out of school! Thank goodness my daughter brought her truck. So, home we went, just to return, a 3rd time. 246 miles.round trip, three times, totals 738 total miles, not including the 2nd vehicle. Multiply 5.25 per gallon of premium gasoline times 37 gallon equals ~$195.25, plus, lunch for 3ach day Altogether, it cost me our of pocket about $300, not including my time, just waiting. I realize their is a certain protocol these places have to follow, however, for those of us that do not live in a big city, there is no consideration made by the service department. On the bright side, there is no more leak and the new alternator is working as it should. One more thing, the mechanic forgot to put a screw back in place on the manifold. Thank God I found it when I got home!!! It was a miracle the screw did not fall out while traveling home!!!

Had a recall notice on my vehicle. I called to set up an appt. I asked about what transmission services they offer since I was going to be there anyways. She said she didn't know anything about services they provide, so transferred me to a service person that didn't ever pick up the phone. A couple days later, I receive a call confirming an appointment I never made. Since I needed the recall serviced I accepted the appt and they said it would take a couple hours. 2 and a half hours in I called the dealer and was informed they were having trouble performing an update and couldn't get my car out of park. They offered me a loaner vehicle(that I had to refuel) and said it might be at least a day. I asked if they could at least wash the car for the delay and they said absolutely. So I drove the 30 minutes home and immediately received a call saying I could come back and pick up the vehicle. When I picked the car up, of course they hadn't washed it. It's an older car and it was a recall, so I get it that I wasn't going to receive concierge treatment but it took way more time than promised, I had to pay for fuel in a loaner because of their delay, and they lied about the car wash. On top of that I forgot 2 bags of chips in the loaner and they never said a word. Just another shady dealership doing the bare minimum.

Great place. They treat you like family. I got to meet one of the managers, Wes. He was a very good-looking man and dressed in LuluLemon from head to toe so I was worried he may be cocky, which he had every right to be, but he was surprisingly down to earth and very relatable. We had a great time talking about his giant property and all of his horses. I definitely recommend going here.

Several sketchy documents were in my hands which I had
Several sketchy documents were in my hands which I had questioned with the finance person, especially mileage, and my 4k down payment. Then on pickup, they decided it wasn't a new vehicle, and documents were forced signed as used. I've had to shut down all the apps I paid for, because steering was pushing me into traffic, and vibration was bouncing car every where, I've had to call them for my Edr which was not sent via mail, and registration DMV online was due in a week, the emailed an unsigned Edr. I requested Hyundai shoppers assurance within 3 days of purchase and was verbally abused, saying I was causing trouble and Nevada doesn't honour that, left in tears and traumatized.

I felt like I was constantly being ripped off and tricked
I felt like I was constantly being ripped off and tricked out of nickels and dimes. First off, having one price online, then 10% markup window sticker is old time car dealer trick xx. Obviously looking for suckers. Salesman response “well, if you saw something less online, we can MAYBE honor it. Flimsy. Your $1000 dealer add on for whatever you made up on paint and seat treatment is just a joke. NOBODY could explain what it was, just brushed it off like they knew it was a “necessary scam”. And my car is Matte - did you really coat it? Was it specialized for Matte? I asked for proof and just got himms and haws. This is sad salesmanship and a embarrassment to your dealership. I paid cash, did not authorize my credit run, and they did illegally anyway. after all done, I realized I bought one of the most expensive cars on lot, and it didn’t have floormats. When I asked one of the 3 people selling it to me, the response “oh yeah, some don’t - we complained about that already”. No solution, just shirking responsibility. Maintenance comes with the car, now I get constant emails telling me to “come in for good deal $200 first maintenance”. To be honest, I dread coming in to your dealership again and getting harassed to buy things not necessary… I may just drive to carson city to avoid.
