I’ve had issues with the recall regarding the film
I’ve had issues with the recall regarding the film applied to the third row windows. I have reached out to Lance multiple times in the past month and have not received any return calls or texts or anything at all. I would like to speak to his manager in hopes to rectify this issue.

Mystery car!
Mystery car! I put a deposit on a car on June 17th. The website said my car would arrive July 15th. The 15th came and went and now the expected date is August 29. I had one call after I went to the dealership inquiring as to when to expect the car. Communication with customers doesn't seem to be a strong point! I hope to get the car some time this year!

The shopping experience was overall good. Appreciated Kevin and his efforts to do what he could. Very appreciative of the delivery Our frustration was we were told we would get it in 4 days, then 6 days, ultimately it took 12 days for our car to be delivered. Then we were unable to get it smogged as the check engine light went on. It ended up spending 12 days at the Roseville Hyundai dealership getting the part to repair the issue. All the while we were having to navigate with one car for our family. It was 5 weeks from purchase before we could enjoy our new car

I found the car I wanted online. I thought I was fully prepared for my first car buying experince, but I wasn't and my phone died midway through my experience. The Hyundai team was very understanding and helpful. Gaby Temprano, the was the primary sales person throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful, talking to insurance agents, taking me to the bank, and more. When I felt bad for not being prepared and having her do these things she remained positive the whole way through and assured me it was all good. Everyone was upfront and honest about whatever was asked while leaving no question or concern unanswered. Overall I see myself recommending Litha Hyundai of Reno for my future car needs and keeping contact with Gaby for my future car needs.

Poor customer service. Go somewhere else, this was my second time giving them an opportunity to earn my business and they dropped the ball again.

I went in on July 10 and was told by the service representative that my factory covered Warranty expired three days earlier and I would have to pay for the service. I did not get service and I’m going somewhere else going forward. Someone should have called or the sticker in the car should have said July 7.

Everyone is kind and attentive. Went smoothly and pretty close to scheduled amount of time. I was recommended to have my air filter replaced which felt unnecessary and as a way to get me to pay more. My car is barely a year old with 8k miles. It could have been cleaned and not replaced. Sucks to feel like expenses are being added on unnecessarily and makes me consider going elsewhere for work after my included services are done.

I brought in my suv for an oil change. The mechanic name Cuong Ngo was the random mechanic i had for this service. He did a thorough detailed inspection and pointed out all the issues and worn parts that needed attention, and needed to be fix. He also included nice detailed photos showing the worn/ broken part and/or the area that needed service to be done. He is an excellent, very knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic that I ever had. Very appreciative of the delivery Our frustration was we were told we would get it in 4 days, then 6 days, ultimately it took 12 days for our car to be delivered. Then we were unable to get it smogged as the check engine light went on. It ended up spending 12 days at the Roseville Hyundai dealership getting the part to repair the issue. All the while we were having to navigate with one car for our family. It was 5 weeks from purchase before we could enjoy our new car

The man is a professional who knows his business , and he does it with pride ! I am recommending to all my friends that are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle to go visit Dan Dunham at lithia hyundai of reno. I am 100% satisfied. Dan really took care of us and we are truly grateful because buying a new car can be quite tramatic alot of emotions, self doubt, buyers remorse, almost looking for any excuse to hightail it back home and just pray that tomorrow morning there will be a new car miraculously in the driveway! I found the car I wanted online. I thought I was fully prepared for my first car buying experince, but I wasn't and my phone died midway through my experience. The Hyundai team was very understanding and helpful. Gaby Temprano, the was the primary sales person throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful, talking to insurance agents, taking me to the bank, and more. When I felt bad for not being prepared and having her do these things she remained positive the whole way through and assured me it was all good. Everyone was upfront and honest about whatever was asked while leaving no question or concern unanswered. I am delighted with Lithia Hyundai of Reno. My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property were difficult to interact with - Dan, Anthony and Joe were supportive in helping get the answer and advocating for me! They made me feel like part of a team. I am so grateful for their help. My Tucson is now functioning perfectly and brings joy whenever I start it up. Wonderful Customer Service...or should I say, Wonderful Caring Service?

Very disappointed that buying a car here was a slog. Sales was good, needing to wait for and speak with so many other people was unnecessary and painful. The car is fine, the deal was ok, and our credit score is very high. We will go elsewhere when we get another vehicle
