Sold me a vehicle that doesn't work properly and said it did and assured me that it is road worthiness which in face it isn't. I can't even take the vehicle on the highway. I will be looking legal options because this isn't right. I wasn't even asked if I wanted to test drive it, they didn't even show me vehicle other then the one they sold.

Sales person (Holly), was awesome. Responsive to our needs and extremely helpful. Finance was not helpful, and sandbagged us with “mandatory” extras, including 3rd party GPS subscription I specifically tried to decline. Extra up charge was ~$750, on top of $10k(!!) above MSRP for an Ioniq 5. Service department was crap, and never heard back after the sale regarding some concerns (wireless charger made phone EXTREMELY HOT). To reiterate, salesperson was awesome.

Did not tell me my options until I asked them if I could do a less expensive alternative, then said oh sure you can certainly do that. Also called me to tell me needed to change cabin air filter and if I wanted they could clean the entire system for me, for even more money- never said I needed it done! I called 2 other places that service Hyundais and they quoted me much lower cost to do same work and both said they highly doubted I needed my air filter changed with such low mileage and certainly not the entire system. I felt that this service department tried to taken advantage of me as a female and were looking to increase their profit by overcharging and suggesting services that were not necessary. I won’t return here for service or sales. Also was called the night before by a sales person from the dealership asking if I wanted to trade my car in when I came in for service and I I said I just got my car and he said well he would see me in the morning to try to see if they could change my mind. I gave my phone number to the service department not the sales department! Totally slimy business tactics here!

Always absolutely great. Lived in Reno 27 years and the Reno Lithia Hyundai service department is by far the best I’ve gone to. Tabatha Culver my service advisor knows her stuff and is knowledgeable and professional. Cuong the mechanic who exclusively works on my two Hyundai’s is just a super good mechanic. I have all the confidence in Tabatha and Cuong. One thing that really stands out compared to other dealerships is they’re honest. They are excellent at evaluating problems and discussing it with me. The service department here is the reason I bought another Hyundai in 2018. I’m very happy with it.

I've been going to get my Hyundai serviced here for two

I've been going to get my Hyundai serviced here for two years and I've never had a bad experience until today. At first, I was seen by Matt Franceschini who was the most honest and caring service advisor I've ever met. I could trust my car with him and not worry about it at all. But recently, I started getting assigned to a new service advisor and the first few visits went great. But today, I went in for a regular oil change at around 11:40 AM. I was waiting there until 3:20 PM with still no word about my car. I would see multiple groups of people that would get here after me get their cars and leave, some of them were given their keys back by the same service advisor that helped me out. Of course, I never wanted to be pushy but enough was enough so I went up to the desk. When the service advisor saw me, he didn't say a word to me but grabbed my keys out of nowhere and sat down, which made me wonder just how long my car was ready for. Maybe he called me and I didn't hear, but he didn't mention any of that. The first thing he said was about how poorly my car was running and just how much more services it needed. Not only that but another service advisor who I've never met chimed in and said, "when I drove your car in I could tell how many things were wrong with it". That is the last thing I wanted to hear after waiting 4 hours for a $50 oil change. I do want to note that the rest of the staff was amazing, as I had countless employees come up to me and ask if I needed water or any snacks, and I also want to recognize Matt Franceschini, as he is truly the only service advisor that I've seen genuinely care about things other than money. This new gentleman and the other female service advisor has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth that I would never take my business here nor would I ever recommend this dealership or any associated dealerships.

I’m going to leave a very brief review, because I’ve told

I’m going to leave a very brief review, because I’ve told this story plenty of times. I purchased a 2017 Ford, and I knew going in there may be a few issues. In a span of a month the key to the car didn’t work, there was a major oil leak, a transmission issue, a battery voltage issue, and one of my headlights didn’t work. The salesman also took advantage of having my phone number for all the incorrect reasons. I’ve dealt with multiple managers, other car dealerships, multiple corporate agents. The management has no idea what their doing because when they finally took my vehicle and gave me a rental for the time being, multiple service agents were asking me to bring in my vehicle when it was the manager who ordered them to pick it up. The lack of communication on all ends is unbelievable. The management team and their “sharks” are extremely disrespectful. Yes, a salesman called him and all the workers sharks due to their drive. I’m still in the process of getting this whole thing taken care of and it’s been extremely frustrating. Another Lithia dealership called me because they somehow heard what had happened, and they told me they were embarrassed as xxxx on behalf of them and I would be too.

The service center was okay they didn’t really help me when I needed it in the beginning with a rental car. There was a lot of miss communication. As for the car dealership 0/10 they saw I was bringing in my car to be serviced and wanted me to trade it in Ryan the sale man said he would only run my credit through just the dealership and I had 10+ companies/banks running my credit on my report, and still have banks sending me mail about running my credit over a month later.

Price gouging dealership! 9000 over msrp, then your sales manager gloats to my face about it. Enjoy now because when the economy turns around and your inventory is over full you will be emailing and calling to buy a 3rd vehicle... NEVER AGAIN... I will just keep collecting my lifetime oil changes ( best $500 ) I ever spent 10 years ago... Reno lithia hyundai will never see another dime or kind word from me.

I have a mouth full to say about these people but I better just keep it to myself. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’m going to leave a very brief review, because I’ve told

I’m going to leave a very brief review, because I’ve told this story plenty of times. I purchased a 2017 Ford, and I knew going in there may be a few issues. In a span of a month the key to the car didn’t work, there was a major oil leak, a transmission issue, a battery voltage issue, and one of my headlights didn’t work. The salesman also took advantage of having my phone number for all the incorrect reasons. I’ve dealt with multiple managers, other car dealerships, multiple corporate agents. The management has no idea what their doing because when they finally took my vehicle and gave me a rental for the time being, multiple service agents were asking me to bring in my vehicle when it was the manager who ordered them to pick it up. The lack of communication on all ends is unbelievable. The management team and their “sharks” are extremely disrespectful. Yes, a salesman called him and all the workers sharks due to their drive. I’m still in the process of getting this whole thing taken care of and it’s been extremely frustrating. Another Lithia dealership called me because they somehow heard what had happened, and they told me they were embarrassed as xxxx on behalf of them and I would be too.

Sold me a vehicle that doesn't work properly and said it did and assured me that it is road worthiness which in face it isn't. I can't even take the vehicle on the highway. I will be looking legal options because this isn't right. I wasn't even asked if I wanted to test drive it, they didn't even show me vehicle other then the one they sold.

Working with Sales Manger/ service department to fix what should have been fixed before they sold me a truck with needing $6,500 in repairs now, and only owning the truck 5 months. Before going on a trip we took it to another Mechanic shop. Who told us the front end was unsafe to drive on a trip. When taken back to Lythia to confirm our mechanics observation Lythia service department agreed with the repairs needed. Yet say it’s not covered under warranty and we bought it this way. Friend of 30+ years said the truck was sound and good. 3rd car we have bought from him and sent many friends there to purchase vehicles. Now, we wait to see what the service department is going to do to fix the truck as it should have been before anyone purchased it!!! Many email have been sent by me. Not many have been answered. Except for “It’s been sent to our Service Dept to handle, I’ll get back to you. That was over a week and a half ago. No answers or solutions yet. Next step I guess will be to contact corporate offices I guess. Or maybe this will go to corporate and they’ll reach out to fix the truck.

There were several RWD versions on the lot, but Chris found us an absolute GEM that happened to be in transit to the dealer. Efren Gonzalez is the most helpful and professional person you can find at this dealership. He made the buying process so easy and gave me as much details as possible during the process. But not just that, I had to service my vehicle due to a bad part, and he was on top of everything making sure the service team was helping me fix my car as soon as possible. EFRAN made sure that I was not charged for any repairs or diagnostic fees and always kept in touch with me. He is very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone and I would rate him 10/10 anytime. And he speaks Spanish too which is awesome. Keep it up Efran. I’ll definitely buy my next car with you again.

Always absolutely great. Lived in Reno 27 years and the Reno Lithia Hyundai service department is by far the best I’ve gone to. Tabatha Culver my service advisor knows her stuff and is knowledgeable and professional. Cuong the mechanic who exclusively works on my two Hyundai’s is just a super good mechanic. I have all the confidence in Tabatha and Cuong. One thing that really stands out compared to other dealerships is they’re honest. They are excellent at evaluating problems and discussing it with me. I have taken my vehicles to Lithia Hyundai for the 12 years that I have lived in the area. Lance Smith has been my service consultant for the entire time. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Hai, MY mechanic has been keeping my 1999 Jaguar alive and well for the ten years that I've owned it. Both service managers have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Great place to have your car serviced and maintained.

Absolutely great service.

Absolutely great service. The service advisor, Tabatha Culver who helps me with my two Hyundai’s is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The mechanic, Cuong does all his work right the first time. Both Tabatha and Cuong take excellent care of my cars, keeps them safe and running great.

Salesman were very on top of an adamant about getting me

Salesman were very on top of an adamant about getting me into a vehicle and taking my old one after I had agreed they seem to be less motivated and finishing up said requirements. Sold me a car that sputters at random times has a 3 to 5 second delay when you push the throttle from a light and is showing 23 different codes thrown on my repairsol2 reader. Made no sense why they were willing to come down so much on the Press of the car but now it makes sense. I would not buy from this place without first having a mechanic take a look at it and putting a code reader on it and test driving it for more than a few blocks.

I brought my truck here for work, they left it there for

I brought my truck here for work, they left it there for 3 days didn't do anything to it, not even move it. Drained both of my batteries, then lied to me and said that my truck had 14 codes come up, so I should take it somewhere else. Then still charged me for doing nothing to my vehicle. Horrible service experience go somewhere else!!

The service manager told us there would be no charge to look at our sunroof issue. After keeping our car for a full weekend, the dealer went over the whole car, which is not why we were there. And charged us $170.00. Very unprofessional. We willbuse the service center only if we gave to, but will never buy a car from them.

Sold me a vehicle that doesn't work properly and said it did and assured me that it is road worthiness which in face it isn't. I can't even take the vehicle on the highway. I will be looking legal options because this isn't right. I wasn't even asked if I wanted to test drive it, they didn't even show me vehicle other then the one they sold.

The directions they gave me for purchasing out of state

The directions they gave me for purchasing out of state was incorrect snd cost me an additional $100 in late tax fees and still have not received title for the car I purchased out right. I trusted them when I should not have. Lessens learned I suppose.

I heard nothing but good things about this dealership,

I heard nothing but good things about this dealership, however they sure screwed me. Broken suspension parts, broken header panel causing headlight not to seat properly, bent front passenger door hinges, body damage to bed, ac leak and so forth. Took to a shop to get an estimate. $10,483.41 that is the estimate I got?! I just bought a $60k truck that’s basically junk!! Hyundai won’t help because it was sold as is!!
