2022 Tucson Engine Options

The 2022 Hyundai Tucson comes in six configurations for your Fernley commute, including three Hybrid models. The three entry-level configurations– the Tucson SE, SEL, and Limited– come with the 2.5L engine, while the three hybrid models – the Tucson Hybrid Blue, Hybrid SEL Convenience, and Hybrid Limited– come with the 1.6L Hybrid engine.

The base Tucson engine is a 2.5L GDI/MPI 4-cylinder engine. This engine offers a Hyundai Tucson MPG 26 MPG City/33 MPG Highway* with 187 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque. The Hybrid models have a 1.6L Turbocharged GDI 4-cylinder engine. This engine offers 38 MPG City/38 MPG Highway* and produces 180hp and 195 lb-ft of torque.
