I came for a 730 oil change. First thing. At 8 my vehicle was still sitting there so I asked Nicole for an eta. She then stated it's part of the hour quote time. Well. Poor communication during the diagnosis and repair process. Diagnosis was to be72 hours but went many days past that and no communication after calling and texting repeatedly.
Absolutely phenomenal service. When I had my car's oil changed and had my tire rotation, they made a whole video and detailed on every inspection. They were respectful on my automotive choices, and were very thorough and detailed.

Dropping vehicle off was my issue. Parked with the arrows going in but they had parked cars opposite the arrows. I parked in about the only available spot. Went into office and was directed to the person who was handling my visit. Then a lady in the office asked me (kinda rudely)to move as I was blocking someone in. The service guy saw the issue and took it upon himself to take care of it. He was great.
