I believe the service department provided a good service for my Palisades. If I had anything negative to say it would be that arriving at the dealership with a scheduled appointment, I think 1-1/2 hour wait is a little excessive. Maybe 45 minutes would adequate time to perform an oil change and perform all required checks. Otherwise the service was great!

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the service we have received from Hyundai in Reno regarding my 2023 Hyundai Palisade.
Almost a year ago, I brought my Palisade in because I noticed a mark developing on my steering wheel. I was initially told it was dirt and was even offered the option of having their detailer look at it. I know how to clean my car, and I knew this was not dirt.

Jake was great at explaining the service to be conducted on vehicle. Techs are good but never put the vehicle back to the setup that it was received. If options are on, remember to turn them back on if they were turned off for service.
I did the deal via text and phone from out of state. It was super easy when I got to the dealership to finish the paperwork.
Excellent service and care!
I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours for the maintenance service. It took three hours. Then they lost my keys so that took more time until they finally found them. First time I was not happy with service.
2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Levi in the past year. He is very trustworthy and cuts right to the bottom line. Should I need a 3rd vehicle purchased, I will buy it from Levi.
