When Bluelink technicians working off property were difficult to interact with - Dan, Anthony and Joe were supportive in helping get the answer and advocating for me! They made me feel like part of a team. I am so grateful for their help. My Tucson is now functioning perfectly and brings joy whenever I start it up. Very appreciative of the delivery Our frustration was we were told we would get it in 4 days, then 6 days, ultimately it took 12 days for our car to be delivered. Then we were unable to get it smogged as the check engine light went on. It ended up spending 12 days at the Roseville Hyundai dealership getting the part to repair the issue. All the while we were having to navigate with one car for our family. It was 5 weeks from purchase before we could enjoy our new car

I found the car I wanted online. I thought I was fully prepared for my first car buying experince, but I wasn't and my phone died midway through my experience. The Hyundai team was very understanding and helpful. Gaby Temprano, the was the primary sales person throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful, talking to insurance agents, taking me to the bank, and more. When I felt bad for not being prepared and having her do these things she remained positive the whole way through and assured me it was all good. Everyone was upfront and honest about whatever was asked while leaving no question or concern unanswered.
