It was one of the most Satisfying vehicle purchasing experiences that i've ever had. Dan Dunham who was our sales agent did a phenomenal job. Dan Dunham set the bar for customer service. The man is a professional who knows his business , and he does it with pride ! I am recommending to all my friends that are thinking about purchasing a new vehicle to go visit Dan Dunham at lithia hyundai of reno. I am 100% satisfied. Dan really took care of us and we are truly grateful because buying a new car can be quite tramatic alot of emotions, self doubt, buyers remorse, almost looking for any excuse to hightail it back home and just pray that tomorrow morning there will be a new car miraculously in the driveway! Even better when I was driving down car lot row kietzke lane I was practicing my super duper can't be gotten over on done massive homework car buying genius charade but not even 5 minutes after walking through the front doors at lithia Hyundai and mingling around the showroom chopping it up with the employees and other car shoppers that whole tough guy act I practiced so keenly simply evaporated and I knew everything thing was going to be fine. I am delighted with Lithia Hyundai of Reno. My Tucson (brand new) came with a small Bluelink issue from the factory that was difficult to correct. When Bluelink technicians working off property were difficult to interact with - Dan, Anthony and Joe were supportive in helping get the answer and advocating for me! They made me feel like part of a team. I am so grateful for their help. My Tucson is now functioning perfectly and brings joy whenever I start it up.
