Mystery car! I put a deposit on a car on June 17th. The website said my car would arrive July 15th. The 15th came and went and now the expected date is August 29. I had one call after I went to the dealership inquiring as to when to expect the car. Communication with customers doesn't seem to be a strong point! I hope to get the car some time this year!

Jake spoke to fast when explaining the work that was going to be done to my car. He seemed like he was under a lot of pressure and was not very personable. He was very knowledgeable about my car, but came accustomed very uninterested or unfriendly at times.
Everyone is kind and attentive. Went smoothly and pretty close to scheduled amount of time. I was recommended to have my air filter replaced which felt unnecessary and as a way to get me to pay more. My car is barely a year old with 8k miles. It could have been cleaned and not replaced. Sucks to feel like expenses are being added on unnecessarily and makes me consider going elsewhere for work after my included services are done.
